OUR GUARANTEE

At ROYER, we hold our products quality and the satisfaction of a job well done close to our hearts. ROYER warrants its products against material and workmanship defects for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase. If you think that your product is defective, return it immediately with your proof of purchase to the point of sale. After inspection, products deemed defective will be replaced as soon as possible without charge. Note however that this warranty does not apply to normal wear, intentional damage, abnormal manner of storage, alterations, repairs, improper use or unreasonable use.
