Tariffs & Import Duties for US Orders

When ordering from our US website, your package will ship from our Canadian warehouse. Some orders may be subject to import duties, tariffs, or brokerage fees at the US border. These charges are determined by US Customs and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please review the details below to avoid any unexpected charges at delivery.

What You Need to Know

Import duties, tariffs, and brokerage fees are not included in your order total and, if applicable, must be paid separately.

These fees are set by US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) based on:

  • Product classification (Harmonized System (HS) code)

  • Country of origin

  • Declared value

If applicable, the carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS) will contact you to arrange payment before your package is released.

These fees are non-refundable, even in the event of a return or refund, as they are collected by US authorities, not by ROYER.

Exchanges or warranty shipments may also incur additional import fees under US import regulations, as each shipment is processed separately.

What to Expect

If your package is flagged for import duties:

  • You’ll receive a notification from the carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS).

  • Payment of applicable fees is required before delivery can be completed.

The timeline and communication method may vary by carrier. We recommend monitoring tracking updates and watching for messages from the carrier to avoid delays.
