Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at us.royer.com. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped outside of regular operating hours, weekends, or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or low stock, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order or stock issues, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are waived for orders totalling more than $199 USD*. Our business primarily ships through FedEx.

Delivery is only available for the lower 48 states. Unfortunately, we do not ship outside these states or to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. The estimated delivery time across the lower 48 states is 4-7 business days. Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees. Your order may arrive earlier, or delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active once our delivery partner has picked up your order from our facility.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

L.P ROYER Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Damages

L.P ROYER Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Please note:

  • Delivery is only available for the lower 48 states. 
  • Recipients outside of Canada are responsible for all surplus fees (taxes, duties, customs charges, etc.).
  • U.S. orders are not subject to Canadian taxes.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any U.S. order(s).


* After discounts and before taxes. Surcharges may be applied in cases where box dimension, weight, or remoteness of delivery address are exceptional.
